What this site collects

This website does not store the forms you fill in. When you send a form, your own email or text app opens with your answers, and nothing is sent until you press send. The site saves your language choice and your form progress in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back; you can clear it at any time with the Start over button or in your browser settings. This preview uses no advertising cookies and no tracking.

How we use what you send us

We use the information you email or text us to answer you, to evaluate a loan or a purchase, and to service a loan. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We may share information with parties needed to evaluate or close a loan, such as appraisers, title companies and attorneys, or when the law requires it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Please do not email full account or social security numbers; we will arrange a secure way to collect them.
